You are right. However (there is always one) CPQ and other well known companies sell only a % of the PC's and there are thousands of 'unknown' or 'not so well known' companies who ride on the coattails of 'Intel Inside' which advantage AMD does not have (No one claims 'AMD inside'. Its more like 'trust me' the cpu brand does'nt matter).

Of course if wireless service providers are convinced of the savings in infrastructure and operations cost, then none of the above will matter. Lets hope QCOM convinces them fast before they start on a non-return journey in infrastructure development.
