$10,900 invested in gorilla at 30% return for 13 years is
$330,133.80. Probably enough for undergrad tuition and fees in 2014.

By coincidence, my 5 y.o.'s college fund has $15,000 in Qualcomm, and another $30K in mixed funds. Earlier in the year, her Qualcomm holdings were much more, and for awhile there, I had visions that she'd be a millionaire from her Qcom holdings alone, as she went to college.

I'm hoping Qcom carries her well beyond undergrad........although, if things don't turn around, she may be looking at community college and part-time work at McDonalds.
