Dear Shareholders, National Scientific has just received some very exciting news from our patent attorney. Lowell Gresham has been in contact with the US Patent Office and they have stated that the patent number on our TunnelMOS™Memory will be issued the week of August 15, 2000. The patent number on the TunnelMOS™Memory is US Patent number 6,104,631. Please be advised that you will not be able to do a search on this patent number until they have officially released it. Once we get official confirmation, we will announce to the public this long awaited news. We wanted to relay this information to our loyal shareholders as soon as it was received, as we know you have all been very patient. Today's news enables us to move forward with our trade magazine articles and soon you will be seeing the name National Scientific in the public eye. All articles or advertisements will be released to the public the following week after the announcement. We will be informing the shareholders of the locations of these articles.
