Coms employee options....as I vaguely recall....if 100% exercised.....could increase (depending on 7/27-7/28 close/open ratio) outstanding shares to the order of 500m.....a dilution of about 30%.

Right?....wrong?...or is this not significant?

Being short of cash, I may sell some PALMV and put the cash into COMSV

I thought I would do this too, but it did not work out that way. I could not sell PALMV online as my Dreyfus account did not recognize the symbol. Then when I called Dreyfus they told me I did not own any PALM shares. After explaining the COMS/PALM deal to them and after being put on hold for several long periods I managed to place an order to sell a small portion of my PALMV, which subsequently sold. I received a confirmation call back from my broker who told me that the funds would not be available until the distribution date and he also admonished me not to sell my COMS shares in the meantime.
I notice that the transaction shows as a short sale in my account this morning
