UIS was a loser bet at 26 but at 13 it's a steal. Check it out. Once in awhile I really fail to pick the bottom. Buying in the mid 20's was admittedly my worst trade of the year but I doubled down at 13+ and now average 19. I expect to recoup soon. Last year I bought UIS at 21 and sold at 33. The year before 11 and 19. Talk about oversold and undervalued. Take a look at ADIC. Buy low and sell high, bull or bear doesn't matter. Recent 50% droppers like TYC and ANF have doubled off their bottoms. ORCL and CIEN were once in the doghouse. I bought CIEn a few years back at 8. If only I had not sold at 17. Takes a little time but it usually works. Nothing stays in the doghouse forever unless it's a penny stock going out of business.
