Another way to think about the tobacco verdict: does the lack of reaction in the stock market and the widespread admissions by both plaintiffs' expert witnessesses and defense witnesses that the plaintiffs will never see a dime do anything to influence people here on whether MO or UST is now a Buffett-like investment opportunity?
