Smithee,
I agree on the perjury and obstruction charges against the executives.

Knowing a little bit about addiction, I don't think that it matters in 90% of the cases what the industry executives did or who they targeted, or even if they printed cancerous lungs on the cigarette pack, the people who wanted to, or were compelled to smoke, would still do it.

Whereas I agree that the tobacco industry's actions were egregious, I am not sure how much of their actions were part of a causal relationship.

I'm looking at DSPG for entry. Bullcat, but a move to 61 would be more convincing. I am thinking of entry at $54ish (not going to buy immediately on Monday, may wait until Thursdayish. Earnings are on Wednesday after the bell.
One caveat is that some of their earnings are from the sale of stock in other companies, so this skews their P/E.
P/E is currently 21.

This one isn't a slam dunk for me, I would be interested in other opinions.
