AS....... with regard to fallen angels it is wise to wait 2 to 3 week after, and the chart starts moving up.

Hi Tech is most peculiar as you do not know if the company is up to snuff with their technology, contrary let's say to HON or PG or IP which are more economic related.

As to IBM and your servers hypotesis you are very right IBM is making a great comeback in servers, but the question is will WS pay attention to it....... As WS is now biding up SUNW who is by now old news and is loosing market share to all ....... HWP, IBM, CPQ and even DELL.

Aside last year you had a lot of Y2K work which is depressing comparable quarters. Still it is worth wile to buy calls on IBM as a swing trade anticipating that they may end up worthless.

In general the sentiment is overly bullish and the market may have achieved an intermediary top.
