Hi Trev,

I talked to Richard Andrews earlier in the week and was informed that the person now running Nacionales since last fall has no belief in Madrid's assessment of the Marmato.
Richard has hopes that Anglogold who is still reviewing the Marmato project might become involved as U.S.$10 mil.+ will be required to move the project forward.Otherwise,no short term solution to this problem is to be expected.
Also, on a side note the gentleman who was in charge and is now retired and living in Germany is being courted to join CMG's Board of Directors.

.Trev,

Just wondering if the mood of the meeting was upbeat or depressing.

Also, was the issue of dilution brought up with regard to future plans? Unfortunately, CMG is already carrying a fairly high amount of shares outstanding.

Thanks,

DB
