"Between you and the judge, I'll take the judge. He's got the gavel. He's got the robes. He's got the appointment for life and the approval of the Senate. He's been trained in the law and briefed by both sides. Pity you disagree with him, but that's how it goes." Notwithstanding the case do you think MSFT will demonstrate on Tuesday it's ability to continue to perform as a legal monopoly? TTOSBT
