Here is what I said about insider selling at KLIC, as opposed to insider selling at other companies:

In summary, I agree that insider selling is usually not as predictive as insider buying. I agreed with that in my previous postings as well. The one exception is when many insiders sell off most of their shares. In this case, it often is very significant.

I guess I have to say it once more. Every company has insider selling. Most of the time it means nothing. That's why I wasn't worried at all about the SDLI insider selling that you referred to. I detailed in the post you referred to that the amount of selling at SDLI was small and methodical (about the same amount quarter after quarter)

This is in complete contrast to the "abandon ship" selling that seemed to occur at KLIC (and every other semi company) earlier this year. See middle of this post.

I have been very consistent all along. Small insider selling okay. Big insider selling bad. Should I clarify this further?

Maybe this insider selling at KLIC means absolutely nothing. I don't know. I'm just commenting on the actions.
