I'm needing help!!

I found a FREE Level II site, and I'm using this software for the first time.

The Quote sever is figured out, by my entering the file extension to identify the exchange on the ticker symbol entered. Example, for the Xpresso software to identify the ticker to be of the Nasdaq OTCBB domestic, one needs to enter the ticker <symbol> and the extension <source identifier> '3k... CHIP'3k. Now the software retrieves the quote from the Nas OTCBB exchange for LS Capital.

When I pull down the MMID sever, I enter the same info in the wizard and I get the error message: err12, disable. I read over the help section on the MarketMakers, and find I'm doing what is called for. Now I have tried to enlist the MM info over the weekend, thinking the error message is due to the markets being closed, and will repeat the procedure tomorrow. But if anyone is reading this, and can identify w/ my problem as an user error, please relate!!

Your input is much welcomed.
