I intend to hold since I like the company. I held thru up and down. Your point is well taken. I've thought that the float is so small that it does make it hard for intitutional holding without large price movement. The coming unlocking should alleviate this problem to some degree.

Ultimately price will be driven by earnings growth and market strength. That seems to be in the cards. Nothing wrong with insiders cashing in to some degree. They worked for it!

It was brought to my attention by a family member who lives in DC and works in computers/information.

All the info was very good. Looks like a winner. It's a keep as long as earnings are moving in the right direction.

That's been my experience, I've been in some stocks that were not negatively affected by the lock up expiry at all, and I've experienced the opposite, too. I think it all depends on as you say, the perceived potential of the company near and mid term, so any dip gets bought quickly and the stock stays on it's upward momentum.
