Richard. I am allowed to say "I think Al Gore is a liar because it is inconceivable to me that he actually believes that 'big oil' caused high gasoline prices".

I may be full of crap for believing this, but Mr Gore sure the heck wouldn't sue me.

If it is established that the lawsuits are without merit, then I would like to see the suing firms prosecuted for conspiracy to violate the civil rights of the people they are trying to silence.



How about making them pay a penalty instead of another lawsuit? Suing someone for suing someone only adds to the coffers of the legal establishment, probably the most unproductive sector of our society.
