"Joe public will buy crap from msft if it gets there first" i couldn't disagree with this statement more. just isn't true. particularly not when it comes to tech consumers. the abundance of online product reviews alone is enough to shoot holes in this statement. and besides, why do people always separate themselves from joe public in this manner? like joe public is dumber than a fence post, but not me! just doesn't work this way.
