Politics is about choices, and sometimes the argument gets overheated. It is preferable that things not go too far, but sometimes things get out of hand. I am not, though, primarily referring to overblown rhetoric of that sort. I am referring more towards the sort of nursing of ancient grievances and intent to settle scores that makes politics in places like Serbia and Northern Ireland seem such a nightmare. My impression is that the First Lady is prone to such a mentality more than most politicians........
