To all: Didn't mean to start a flyfish thread bloat. I guide on the Henry's Fork of the Snake and on the South Fork of the Snake. This is in eastern ID, closer to Yellowstone. Henry's Fork starts in Island Park area, southwest of West Yellowstone. South Fork flows into Idaho coming down from Jackson area. I fish the part beneath Palisades Reservoir down to the confluence with the North Fork. Caldwell is in West ID, about 6 hours away. Seattle is a foreign country, probably at least 12 hours away. And, Capt. Rocky, the Gulf sounds WAY too hot! It's about 92 degrees here. Trout might seem like pretty small fair compared to the stuff in the big pond though. Regards, Scott
