Silly me for thinking the guy was talking about net cash, which is certainly what he implied with
those comments.


The part that seems the silliest to me is the contingency that Amazon has an inventory turn as fast as the early years.

At that time, Amazon did carry little inventory and was only selling books. Maybe as late as when they entered CDs too. However, now with toys, tools, etc. my opinion is inventory turn of the type we saw in 98 is impossible. I doubt Amazon management even expects that or they would not have millions of square feet of wharehouses. Silly me for thinking inventory was going to go in those wharehouses.

Most of them are of sufficient size for ice hockey games if they just raise the roof enough. Other thoughts that come to mind is movie theaters with a choice of 12 movies give or take. Low cost housing?
