JXM, thanks.. and frankly I'm not prepared to reply with authority on some of those matters without refreshing on some of the fundamentals and then how they relate to the new wireless LAN standards.

But briefly, in some situations there are multiple (in some cases, quite a few) tenants on the same floor. In other situations, tenants occupy multiple contiguous floors. Still, in other situations, tenants occupy multiple floors in adjacent buildings, campus-like.

Sorting out the various permutations on the WLAN theme and the number of possible topographies, in addition to the technological implications of what other factors play into interference issues is going to be fun (yes, these offices have kitchenettes that use microwaves, and the cleaning people do use vacuum cleaners that tend to arc at times).
