From the "testimonials" section of the savetheworldair website:

Camrod Corporation - Motor Sport Honda New York City

"Procedure
Obtained New Honda 50cc 4 Stroke Motorcycle. Warmed up the
bike and performed a Emissions Gas Analyzer Test with
Certified Testing Equipment. Results were noted and then the
device was removed and the test was run again.

With the device fitted Carbon Monoxide levels were 37 times
lower whilst Carbon Dioxide levels came down by 50% and
Oxygen output went up by 50%.

Testing Phase CO CO2 O2
Before Device 2.25% 2 6.0% 10.7%
With Device Fitted 0.06% 3.7% 15.7%
After Device Removed 2.20% 5.9% 10.4%

we were amazed by the results and would welcome the
opportunity to provide further testing in the future."

Steve Travers (Owner) and Pedro Vennura (Service Manager)

The device supposedly permits the complete combustion of
hydrocarbons in an internal combustion engine. As the
products of complete combustion of a hydrocarbon are carbon
dioxide and water, there would have to be an increase
in the concentration of exhaust gas CO2 as the CO is eliminated.

Also, oxygen in the exhaust gas has increased is spite of
there being more complete combustion.

These purported results appear to be contradictory. What am
I missing here?
