Thanks for that article, Eski. The interesting thing is that they are presenting this as if the bubble has burst, and it really hasn't I don't think. Especially if idealab successfully IPOs with their track record (extremely poor).

Great read. For those that are too lazy and blindly long tech to read it and understand, I give you the short version.

Wall Street is in the business of selling stock.

They find any company with anualized revenue near $10 million and IPO it. They give targets based on hype and garbage. They compare over valued stocks to each other to justify the price.

The public buys. They take profits. Those that are in the the "club" and go in pre-IPO take profits. Mutual fund managers buy the crap stocks with your retirement money. They get paper profits and take management fees. The stocks get crushed as time goes on. You get left holding the bag. You retire ten years later then you were planing. Wall Street pro's laugh and go to the Hamptons in sports cars and drink expensive booze.

Henry Blodget is a crook and should face charges some day for the lies he tells. The man has no honor.
