P&F chart for VLNC looks bullish
xocharts.com

They don't seem to generate any revenues from sales yet, but as of a month ago they had a huge short interest and the volume charts look like there is still a decent short position out there. For trading purposes, VLNC probably not a great short and likely a good candidate for a short squeeze.

I would be a seller of VLNC in the mid 30s.

Traders and chart readers look at stocks differently than investors. You can be right in the long term with your views on a stock based on fundamentals at the same time that someone with opposing views can be right, in the short term, with the exact opposite views.

If I am short a stock, generally it has nothing to do with the fundamentals. All that I care about is if the stock is going down. I don't care why. If my short position goes against me, I get out of the trade at preset levels.

Trader/chart readers are often wrong, but if they are any good, they don't stay wrong for very long.
