HS (head and shoulder), a spike or an advance to a top followed by "consolidation" under that top, typically, you can draw a line through the bottoms of the consolidation and that would be the shoulder (right shoulder), that shoulder should hold when forming pennant or flag formations. When the shoulder is breached, it is typically a bad sign, but last week breach might have been a breach and we will have to "wait and see". Another drop under $97 will confirm the breach, a break above $110/$115 (on a closing basis), should be viewed positively, IMHO. Zeev
