Obviously, fraud is something that no honest market maker wants any part of." Yep and they hate it when the SEC shines the antiseptic of daylight on them. Let's see how ALPS and WEIN feel when it's time to explain to the SEC and the NASD about the trade date for settlement date (3 days before month end mark-ups) manips that they have been doing like clockwork for ZSUN. And it is easy to see who else would also benefit: warrant holders (PR firms) and cross-shareholding firms and perhaps any other involved party that has to file an NASD focus report. But I guess that will all become crystal as discovery moves along won't it?
