I have Dual residency but obviously don't file under any living out here,which makes me tax exempt.I have officialy declared Dubai as the place of residence.Looking at a move to London currently but Tax consequences in the UK are a real pain in the back.My family (mom,brother,sister) are all settled down in Florida.The rest(uncles,aunts) are west coast and Boston area. My eventual plans is to be back within the next 5 years unless I make GVP out here and settle in the Seatle area with a summer home in Norway. The market needs to co-operate a little bit.
