Dear Metsin6 concerning your statement; notice how pinkie has within the last year or so added a disclaimer to the end of his statements that noone in their right mind would listen to him cause he's basically crazy - i wonder why he did that This brings us back to the discussion concerning the frivoulous lawsuits (eg HITT & ZSUN).....admittedly you don't think they are frivoulous, however our discussion began with your claim that few care about such things. Your statement about the fine Mr. P$nk above, supports the position that these lawsuits in fact have put a dampener on the "contrarian view" of pump and dump schemes. As we know, dear Mr. P$nk is no lightweight (such as you and I), rather he is one in the mainstream of informed views. Unfortunatly rather than expose himself to continued nusance BS lawsuits (for what to share his opinion with the general public) he has choosen to go rather silent on the issue of garbage companies. These lawsuits are quite dammaging, to the free flow of the information that serves as a objective balance to otherwise pump and dump schemes. mad2 BTW-It's interesting that Mr. P$nk is one of the most bookmarked posters on SI and you presume that noone listens. Your opinion and the record seem to be in conflict again.........perhaps a strong case of indigestion in your gut
