I am confused - are there two Utah registered companies called Internet Holdings? What will Utah think of next? Maybe I will register IBM and Exxon there too. Internet Holdings, Inc. The Company has had a series of mergers with other companies, all accounted for as reverse acquisitions, with the Company in each case changing its name to that of or similar to the reverse acquiror.
