PP - Re: "2. A cash tender offer for 10% of their outstanding shares at $135/share. In a sense doing a buy-out of 10% of the comapny at $135."

This would take at LEAST $1.9 BILLION - $135 x .1 x 140,000,000.

AMD is already going to redeem $400,000,000 in debt - which would bring the total to $2.3 BILLION.

Just where is AMD going to get ALL this cash - by raiding Intel's piggy bank?
