Dave, Having spent four years in the Army and then another 4 years as a Dept. of Defense civil servant, I learned to love WACs long ago. <g> In all seriousity, that huge 3 1/2 pe ratio makes this one look like a buy. I like the value at BNN, but stock price movement is glacial. The other two I don't know.
