Visited Natick store, liquidation is in progress. Items they will carry later while not liquidated, were also being bought out. Taking advantage of this traffic, they should clean out their warehouses and ship anything that is not nailed down to the busy stores.

Whether the real estate value can be realized is questionable; due to the retail slow down. Framingham has many empty stores not yet have been leased. So, an alternative plan probably is necessary, to rebuild some stores. The high end retail business will come back after the presidential election. Each election year we have disruption of business. It was the beginning of a 4 year business cycle.

Today, the new economy is dependent on obsolescence and replacement of product designs. So, the prosperity is to have new products to replace old; sell them as hot cakes as soon as they hit the floor. Saturate the local market and you have to liquidate them by deep discounting. Turn over the cash or merchandise as fast as you can. You have mini product cycles but not 4 year economical or business cycles.
