Dave, I think the valuation is o.k., but I am not a fan of the business plan. I don't see how they ever make much money.

After a quick look at the 10Q, I see NBCI is carrying about $30/share in goodwill. Seems like there's a good chance NBCI will have to consider a writedown of some of that, since the assets involved aren't generating much of a profit.
