Bergen is indeed way cool; it was my favorite place in Norway, except for the fjords. Anyone who likes spectacular scenery simply has to go to Norway sometime (Iceland too, apparently, but I haven't been there yet). But the best things about the country IMO are the stave churches, which are truly remarkable (and really spooky in a primordial forest-dwelling tribe kind of sense). As for the people, well... ctb/A PS don't you have Merlin on "ignore" yet? everybody else does...
