Jay, one thing to keep in mind is that odd as it may seem, when a subsidiary IPOs, usually the parent only reflects about 1/2 the value of it's holding in the sub. I've actually seen cases where the subsidiary was 85% owned by the parent but the subsidiary had a market cap substantially higher than the parent. This is presumably because the parent could never sell it's holding for full value. Thus if the PointBase holding is worth $100 million, you should only expect to see about $50 million of value reflected in DMC.
