Visited Natick store while the district people were in. Said hello to me, while they were looking at the new way to display the computer furniture for back to school sales.

Traffic was normal. Inventory was reduced. My advise is to ship every thing from the warehouse that is not nailed down, to the stores. Clean house, and be lean and mean, until the X'mas goods come in to the stores before labor day weekend. All the air conditioner inventory is gone. It seem like this summer is about over.

AMES Natick used to be one of the slow stores. Now they probably represent the norm of the same stores. Hills probably needs to pay more attention to brightness and cleanliness. Paint the bathrooms, white.
