Haqi, I don't know the answer. Back in what '93 our dead soldiers were being dragged through the street for trying to hand out food in Somilia. Food was being used as bait to kill the starving. Sad situation.

Years ago I was at a hunting camp when, I believe it was Ethopia, that had a starvation period. Lots of sad pictures. One of the guys brought up a point. 3 million out of 6 million were going to die. The country could support 3 million. If world aid poured in and saved everyone they would breed up to 12 million, then the next drought 9 million would die. His observation was scientific and not humane but probably not far from the truth.
