Not sure why you are addressing me in your last post?

In my opinion allowing 25% of all the shares of a single company be sold on the open market over a few months has a devastating effect on the share price and a sustained effect on the "technicals" of that company.

Seagate hemorrhaged SanDisk shares.
Seagate rattled investor confidence at a time
when investor confidence was about to nadir on its own.

I hope that those liberated shares have found a few thousand new shareholders who are willing to hold the stock the same length of time that Seagate did...maybe even longer.

As an owner of some of those shares I intend to do exactly that.
