Hi El,
Always glad to see your take on the current situation. I think you are right to be cautious as the prices move higher,
expecially with the not so distant bubble deflation just
experienced.
As for me, there's a couple of things I want to see before I
run for cover.
I want to hear Brinker say SELL!
I want to read IBD "The Big Picture" warn of distribution and
the end of the current rally.
I want to see more than just one glass-half-full habitual bulls come out of the woodwork proclaiming "we're going to the moon" (I'm exagerating a little).
I want my Daily IQ Chart $COMPX daily stochastics not only to enter the "overbought" levels, but turn down with fast and slow sto lines crossover and turn down.
I also want the ADX indicator to comply.
I agree, a likely top is not far away...the fib retracement
nearest target mentioned by Haim is close. But I also see on the daily chart a previous rally top on the way down is beckoning...around 4475...still 200 points away...room to run.
I know that I'm one picky s.o.b. but until I start seeing some or all of these.....I guess I'm gonna have to stay long!
Period.
BTW I'm just funnin and am naturally sarcastic so don't take this post the wrong way. <gg>
Regards,
Eichler
P.S. Oh yeah, I want the MoMoMonkey (Bufoon Baboon) to say GO LONG. Then I'll short. heh heh
PPS Since the 4475 resistance also corresponds to the same level as support during the double top...It would surprise me
not a bit to continue trending to that level. IMO. The fib retracement is too obvious and easy, there are still too many shorts to burn...<gg>
