But I will tell you one thing about disclaimers- they are written by people who think things out thoroughly in advance. WRONG!!!! Insurance disclaimers are written by lawyers who try to muddle as many words as can possibly physically fit on a single sheet of paper so that the person reading the disclaimer by the time he gets to the end will forget the reason he was reading it in the first place. This is much the same as your posts.
