No. The de facto standard (only published standard) is asynchronous.

Comes close. Operates at proper data rates. Could accomodate a R-UIM. Works in a portion of th IMT-200 spectrum (maybe all, who knows, standard not set). Better faster quicker than UTMS UTRA DS maybe?
