I found the wording of the press release interesting. It is "very probable" that Maximum will conclude a "favorable" refinancing in the "near-term". Sometimes a person can over analyze these things, but it appears to me that Proudfoot is sending a message that an announcement on dividend reinstatement is coming. The press release was also pretty clear that the additional hedge was a condition of the refinancing. With 2nd Q results also due in mid-August, the next 30 days should be fun to watch. Regards
