SO YOU WANT TO BUY YOUR CALLS BACK -

WELL GANG - I received several posts yesterday from investors displaying a desire for buying written calls back. I am not generally in favor of buying calls back unless the stock has dropped to the point of where the call has no intrinsic value left, there is dramatic news just released on the stock ( like Ericson's settlement with the Q ) or if one desires to roll-up ).

If you have been looking for a pullback, I THINK YOU WILL GET IT THIS MORNING.

I have said many times that numbers like PPI, CPI etc. are only meaningful to the extent that the Houses want to exploit one way or the other and TODAY SHOULD BE A REAL EXAMPLE OF THAT MANIPULATIVE TOOL.

I believe the number will come in relatively mild BUT, I believe the Houses will find something about it to exacerbate in order to bring the Markets back in order to pick up shares of their favorites. This should last only for most of the morning but should give those wishing to buy their calls back an opportunity.

REMEMBER - it is only Tuesday in this week's Time Capsule.
