Well, I finally got around to reading EVIS's quarterly report dated 5/22/2000. lolololol.

It explains a lot. The good news is that there is a good chance that $1 is the bottom.

The exciting world of OTCBB finance. lol

Not afraid to hold this for a week or two. But that's about it.

No doubt about it, Hudson did his job !

Regards,
Chris

Hi David,

I saw this on Yahoo a few days ago.

biz.yahoo.com

I get the feeling at EVIS recently gave out tens of millions of shares to insiders.

biz.yahoo.com

After I counted up 150,000,000 I stopped. EVIS started the year with 20M shares. In May, they indicate they will soon have over 60M shares.

IMO, this stock is heading for zero. Just before it does, I'm sure they will change their name and do a R/S, and then repeat the process.

Oh yeah ... I sold when it didn't hold $1.

If you have any friends on RB who have blind faith in this stock, you may want them to take a look at EVIS's financial reports and these insider declarations.

Regards,
Chris
