eyewatch, The filing was made by RMB, not Southernera. Apparently, it was not SUF's to announce. Why it took so long is not clear, but it may have had to do with the average price of the stock over a period. Y'all* might want to look at the price action in February; SUF was well above the conversion price most of the month. *-short hand I use for "you and everyone else reading this". PHIL
