State Officials to Consider SAFE-T-BAR(TM) School
Bus Restraint

SAN DIEGO, July 18 /PRNewswire/ -- The Majestic Companies, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: MJXC - news) is pleased to
announce that over the past few weeks, several state level Directors of Transportation have expressed a desire to evaluate the
SAFE-T-BAR restraint for use on school buses within their state.

Currently, state transportation officials in Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, and Indiana have scheduled meetings with
Majestic Transportation representatives to discuss the implementation of pilot programs within their states in order to evaluate
the SAFE-T-BAR. These meetings are most timely in Florida, where state officials are being forced to make decisions
regarding school bus restraints by the end of this year in order to comply with a new state mandate requiring their installation.
Majestic's VP of Sales & Marketing, Gerard Lehman stated ``this state committee approval approach is very beneficial for
the SAFE-T-BAR marketing campaign. The more we discuss the school bus occupant restraint issue with state transportation
personnel, the more we realize that they are not enthused about seat belts as the ultimate solution. This prevailing attitude was
recently underscored by the chairman of Florida's School Bus Specifications committee where he openly stated ''what we do
know is that the answer is not lap belts.``

Mr. Lehman further stated ``once the SAFE-T-BAR has attained state committee approval, we anticipate receiving excellent
response at the school district level. When it comes to stepping forward and trying something new, we have found that most
school districts tend to be somewhat hesitant in pioneering a new product or concept. They prefer to take a 'wait and see'
approach and monitor the results from someone else who gives it a test. With state committee approval, we feel that this
hesitancy will no longer be a factor.''

The next three months promise continued and measurable progress for The SAFE-T-BAR marketing campaign. Participation
in high profile trade show, such as the ``School Transportation News School Bus EXPO 2000,'' being held in Reno, NV at
the end of this month, coupled with face-to-face meetings with state transportation decision makers portends to produce
increased support from educational and public officials alike.
