"Final answer?"

"Yes, Regis, final answer: A question cannot be an accusation."

Anyone who thinks a question can be an accusation should consider returning to Mrs. Softbellies Day Care and Kindergarten Playland* to restudy the rudiments of the English language.

Neo,
Terry, the mouse who roars, uses that semantic technique constantly. He phrases his questions as accusations, in such a way, that he can run around the issue by claiming to have, "just", asked a simple question. That ruse may have worked for awhile, but is so transparent now, it is a wonder he still tries to use it.
