A TIKI spike often precedes a PREM move and vice versa so I like to watch them in concert. But as for an absolute value of 20 or -20 I do not pay much attention. It would have to be a spike relative to where TIKI has been trading.

I'm much more focused on TIKI at extremes like 28 or -28.

Um, no by the way. A casual glance suggests that there weren't any serious programs as yet.

The PREM has been around Fair Value since shortly after they lined up the SPX around 9:40 or so. That's the manner in which I look for clues about programs, anyway.
