BIAS: I AM NOT A FAN OF PMTC. NOTICE THAT REVENUE REPORTED IS TOTAL REVENUE. ACTUAL REVENUE FOR MCAD IS NOT SOMETHING THEY WANT TO TALK ABOUT. THE COMBINATION OF INCREASED MCAD SALES BY DASTY AND UGS HAVE REALLY HURT PMTC. PMTC'S MCAD PRODUCTS ARE NO LONGER WORTH THEIR SALES PRICE AND THEY HAVE NOT LEARNED TO ADJUST TO A NEW SET OF ECONOMICS AND CAD FUNCTIONALITY. MID-RANGE PRODUCTS AND BETTER HIGHER END TOOLS ARE HELPING THE COMPETITION WIN WHERE IN THE PAST PMTC WAS THE WINNER. WINDCHILL REVENUE GROWTH IS STILL NOT GROWING AT THE RATES I BELIEVE PMTC HAD EXPECTED. BOTTOM LINE -- MATRIX IS KICKING THEIR BUT IN ONE SPACE AND TRADITIONAL CAD COMPETITIORS ARE WINNING MORE AND MORE OFTEN IN THE OTHER MARKET ARENA. THEIR IS TROUBLE IN RIVER CITY. I AM NOT SHORT THIS STOCK, BUT IT WAS AND REMAINS A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR SHORTING. WBK
