Merger of equals between Apex and Cybex creates market leader in server mgt. Customer base represents 85% of server OEM mkt, complementary distribution channels. High-growth ISP/ASP mkt requires next-gen products; AVCT's new digital switch ships in Sept. Expect Q2 EPS (reports 7/20) in line with our $0.30 est. Current model assumes slightly lower tax rate, but no operating synergies. Price target $65-70."
