UIS is getting very close to being a value play. Even though the growth component is not there, they are still generating a good deal of cash flow. What price do the value players step in? Only time will tell.

No, unfortunately I bought in at 13 1/2. I figured the stock was trading at the same price as 2 1/2 years ago when it was just coming back from big losses must be a bargain. I did my discounted earnings projection and it looked good. Even with a downgrade it should still be OK. We shall see.
