This is a difficult situation, and your point was well taken about how dividends have been successfully handled in the past. This situation with the judgement and appeal is unusual, and it smacks of a continuation (in China) of the action that started in Canada many years earlier. I know different reasons are being given, but knowing how close Asian families are to each other I can't help but think this will take some time before it goes away ....
